These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the use of the website www.clacky.ch and all purchases made from Clacky-Suisse.
Clacky-Suisse is an online store specializing in customizable keychains using keyboard keycaps.

By placing an order on our website, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale as well as our Privacy Policy.
Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed by private customers or businesses through the Clacky-Suisse online store.
Specific conditions may apply to professional orders, wholesale sales, or commercial partnerships. These conditions will then be subject to a separate agreement between Clacky-Suisse and the relevant customer.
Products and customization
Clacky-Suisse offers customizable products, including keychains and keyboard keycaps.
The photographs, illustrations, and descriptions displayed on the website are intended to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, slight differences may occur between the images displayed on a screen and the actual product, particularly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or natural variations in the materials used.
Customized products are created according to the choices made by the customer during the ordering process.
The customer is responsible for carefully checking all selected elements before confirming the purchase, including keycaps, colors, configurations, and customization options.
Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase from the customer.
After the order has been validated and payment has been received, Clacky-Suisse will send an order confirmation by email.
The order is considered accepted once this confirmation has been sent.
Clacky-Suisse reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, particularly in the following situations:
- obvious error regarding the price or availability of a product;
- payment issue;
- suspected fraud or misuse of the website;
- technical impossibility to complete a requested customization.
In the event of cancellation after payment, all amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
Prices and payment
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF).
Displayed prices include Swiss VAT where applicable.
Any applicable shipping costs are indicated separately before the final confirmation of the order.
Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.
The available payment methods are those offered during the checkout process.
Clacky-Suisse reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Delivery
Clacky-Suisse delivers within Switzerland as well as to selected countries of the European Union.
Delivery times displayed on the website are provided for information purposes only. They may vary depending on the destination country, selected carrier, periods of high demand, or possible customs procedures.
Clacky-Suisse cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs services, or any event beyond its reasonable control.
Delivery is considered completed once the product has been delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. If an incorrect address results in a returned package or a new shipment being required, any additional costs may be charged to the customer.
Delivery within the European Union and customs fees
For orders delivered within the European Union, taxes, customs duties, or administrative fees may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, these additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Clacky-Suisse provides the necessary shipping documents to facilitate international customs procedures.
Customized products and right of return
Due to their personalized nature, products created according to specific customer choices generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.
This exclusion applies in particular to products whose composition has been individually selected by the customer, such as specific keycap combinations.
This limitation does not apply in cases where the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or if an error was made by Clacky-Suisse.
Requests concerning defects or incorrect items must be submitted within a reasonable period after receipt of the order and should, whenever possible, include photographs of the product concerned.
Warranty and defects
Clacky-Suisse guarantees that delivered products correspond to the order placed by the customer.
In the event of a defect, incorrect item, or damage identified upon receipt, the customer must contact Clacky-Suisse at contact@clacky.ch.
After reviewing the situation, Clacky-Suisse may offer an appropriate solution, including replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Damage resulting from improper use, modification of the product, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Product availability
Products offered on the website are available while stocks last.
In the event of unexpected unavailability after an order has been confirmed, Clacky-Suisse will promptly inform the customer and offer either an appropriate delay or a full refund of the affected product.
